Welcome to Aligned! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Aligned platform and website, located at www.aligned-community.com. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Philosophy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and services.

1. Definitions

“Client”, “You”, “Your” refers to the person accessing the site or services and accepting the Company’s terms.
“Aligned”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”, “Company” refers to Aligned Community.
“Services” refers to our online platform, community, coaching, digital products, Discover Aligned Course, and events.

We use cookies to improve your experience. By accessing Aligned, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Cookies help us personalise content, analyse traffic, and secure the platform.

3. Intellectual Property & License

Unless otherwise stated, Aligned and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the website and its content. You may access the website for personal use, subject to the restrictions below:

You must not:

4. Community Standards & Termination of Access

Membership of Aligned is conditional on adherence to our Community Philosophy, which may be updated from time to time.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access without refund if we determine that:

  • You violate our Community Philosophy or act in ways contrary to our values;
  • You engage in behaviour (online or offline) that is harmful, defamatory, or damaging to Aligned, its members, or its leadership;
  • You are associated with groups or organisations acting in conflict with the Aligned community.

Refunds in such cases will be at our discretion, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Fees & Payment

5.1 Discover Aligned Course Payment (One-off)

A single upfront fee granting access to the Discover Aligned Course and associated materials. This fee is separate from the annual membership fee.

5.2 Membership Fee (Recurring)

Access to certain Services requires payment of an annual membership fee. This fee is payable in advance on a yearly basis and is non-transferable. Continued access to the Services is conditional upon timely payment of the annual fee. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Renewal of membership is on an annual basis and is auto renewed via the online platform. It is your responsibility to ensure payment details are up to date. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Discover Aligned Course Refunds

We offer a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee on the Discover Aligned Course, subject to the following conditions:

  • To qualify, you must request a refund within 14 days of purchasing the Discover Aligned Course.
  • You must email [email protected] with your request.
  • Your refund will be initiated within 7 days of receiving your email. Once initiated, refund completion times depend on third-party payment processors and are outside our control.
  • In some cases, we may require proof of participation (e.g. completion of training modules, questionnaires, or attendance at calls).
  • Refunds apply only to the start-up/program fee and do not cover third-party tools, personal business expenses, or additional investments.
  • Beyond 14 days, refunds are not available unless otherwise required by law.

6.2 Membership Fee Refunds

Refunds are not available for the annual membership fee except where required by law.

7. Renewal Policy (Membership)

If you do not wish to renew after your first year, or subsequent years, you must notify us in writing by email to [email protected] no later than 14 days before your membership is due to expire. Failure to do so will result in your membership auto-renewing which is not subject to a refund (as highlighted in Clause 6.2).

How We Use It: to deliver services, personalise your experience, manage your account, improve functionality, and send updates.

  • We make no guarantee of income or results.
  • Examples or testimonials are exceptional and not representative of average outcomes.
  • Success depends on your skills, effort, commitment, and circumstances.
  • We do not offer financial, legal, or tax advice.
  • Aligned is not a “get rich quick” scheme, and you accept the risk that results will vary by individual.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • We strive to ensure accuracy of content but provide no warranty that information on the site is complete, reliable, or up to date.
  • Downloads and use of the website are at your own risk. We do not warrant that files are free of viruses or other harmful code.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aligned shall not be liable for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from use of our website or services.
